Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs and preferences. - Educate customers about various strains, consumption methods, and product effects. - Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring accurate product labeling and pricing. - Adhere to LGCA regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and safety.
Requirements: - Minimum age of 19. - Passion for cannabis and a strong understanding of different strains, products, and consumption methods. - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers. - Knowledge of local cannabis laws and regulations (preferred but not mandatory). - Prior experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
