The Barbie movie is playing in Souris this weekend and its sure created a buzz! Whitfield Drugs and the Avalon Theater teamed up to have a Barbie photo shoot at the theater before the movie played and then they posted the pictures of them changed into Barbies! Friday I was volunteering at the theater and it was super packed in there, I know we all enjoyed the outfits and all the pink! Souris PCH Courtyard

It’s getting to be that time of year . We are hoping to create a fall display in the PCH Courtyard. We will be looking for donations of pumpkins ( any size or colour) and squash, ornamental corn, gourds, etc. We would be willing to trade for a piece of hosta or cedum. Please PM if you are able to help us out. Won’t be needing anything till sometime in September.

Souris School – Cleaner
Southwest Horizon School Division is now accepting applicants for a Permanent Cleaner Position, to fill a 4-hour position to commence on September 1st 2023.
We require someone that is willing to work 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. (hours will be accommodating for successful applicant). We are looking for someone that is interested in working as part of a team and who will provide and maintain a safe and functional building environment for the students and staff within the division.
The main responsibilities of this job are to perform general cleaning and maintenance duties.
