New Pickleball Court

Hope you are having a great long weekend! Enjoy this week's news and as always, have a super Sunday!

This was posted in the new Souris Pickleball Facebook group. Souris Pickleball | Facebook

The Souris pickleball club has been granted permission by the town to start fundraising to pour cement in the outdoor rink by the school. This will serve two purposes. In the summer, there will be 4 much-needed outdoor pickleball courts available to the public. In the winter, it will be much easier to flood the rink which should make for a better ice surface. Early estimates run between $100,000 and $125,000. We are just beginning the process of applying for grants and donations. We will keep you posted.
