Santa Parade News
As of today, November 7th, we do not know what the Souris Santa Claus Parade will look like in 2021. The parade is scheduled for Saturday, December 4th starting at 7 pm.
We know it will follow Public Health Orders, however, the current orders expire Nov. 16th, so we aren't sure what those will be yet.
It may have to be a "stay-in-your-vehicle or house" kind of parade. If that happens we will extend the route to drive by as many houses as possible, but then we may be challenged with narrow streets, especially with cars parked on both sides.
Like always, there will be no throwing of candy from any floats or vehicles; which is a safety rule, not a Covid rule. Being held in the evening, this parade is about the lights and creating community Christmas spirit.

We welcome individuals, families, businesses, and community groups to enter a float in the parade.

Meat Draw
Souris Beautification is having a meat draw at the Legion on Saturday, November 27th at 6 p.m. For a donation, you can have supper afterward which will be chili on a bun. Hope to see you there!
