Thanks Souris Pool!
Well the Souris and Glenwood Pool finished the season with a bang. Saturday and Sunday were right up there as two of our busiest days. The pool is closed for the season but the campground is still open until freeze up. September is a beautiful month to camp with the leaves starting to change colour and it is a bit more quiet time for the park. We want to thank everyone who came to visit us at the pool and campground this summer and we hope to see you again next year.
There is a lot of work behind the scenes and I would just like to take a moment to thank all those who keep parks and rec running and our great summer staff who we hope to see again next year!

Souris Glenwood Community Gardens
This month we are applying for funding to put up fencing around the entire community garden. It the grant gods are kind, next year this will be full of membership and community plots. More details to come! This fall we will continue to build the soil and work in organic matter. looking forward to growing with you Souris!!

Sunday School
Sunday School registration will be held this Sunday Sept 10th at 10:30 AM in the foyer of Faith Community Baptist Church. We would love to have your child check it out. You might be surprised how much you enjoy the program and the new friends you meet.

Hello souris people! I will be doing a yard sale table at scarecrow days this year in support of Souris Glenwood Community Gardens
I wouldn't normally have enough to do my own sale; am hoping there are a few people out there like me that wouldn't mind donating a few items for this cause!
I will also have a bin set aside for the Souris & Area Harvest Food Bank for non perishable food and hygiene items that can be donated during drop off and 'sale'.
